Future Thematic Index:
This is something for the future. A regular index uses single word search when applied to a book text. So a word can be mentioned once but not actually expounded upon. What I hope to do with the Thematic Index is mark off sections of texts that speak to a particular theme for at least a paragraph or more. Many wisdom texts are not necessarily thematically assembled but may cover many themes within one chapter. This will be an attempt to help us find the nuggets of wisdom that we are interested in.
I think we can use the map precepts as search themes. Once compiled we will be able to use Google book links, our own book copies, or print it out as a reading list for later study with our own book set.
